- Schedule the appointment by calling
972-875-6200. - Fifteen minutes prior to your appointment time, call
972-875-6200to check in. - Once checked in, click on the link to your provider's virtual exam room.
- Test the link to verify that your connection and set up are working correctly.
- A Medical Assistant will be with you shortly to take your vitals and health information before you see the provider.

Patients are encouraged to verify that their health insurance plan includes telemedicine services prior to scheduling.
